Hello from a oldie but a goodie

Hello my darlings, It's been some time! I dont even know what year it was last time i was on the forum let alone the last year i played, its safe to say my Eva's Saint is lost in the ether as i didnt renew any accounts (didnt even remember my log in when they emailed to tell me my account was going to get deleted) However, i recently learned of L2 Classic and thought about giving it a go, it means starting from absolute scratch, however I miss the good old days so im very tempted. My son is now old enough to entertain himself while mummy dives into an alternate world for a few hours... Whose still about & is there any advise for an out of date veteran?

sad that the good times are over where we had fun with KJ

I play most of the time "path of exile". It's not as good as lineage but only cosmetics in shop and they inform the community.

It is sad, but it is nice to reminisce in this old forum, KJ will always be Ohana to me, never forgotten

a few Teon oldies were on Giran server (classic) for a bit, however 90% quit after a month.

it was really good to relive the old days/glory days of the grind for a bit between 1-40 (including that long-ass class change quest).

Things looked promising at first, but after a month the old ncsoft ways crept back in, you would find 10 solo bots all attacking the same mob in Solo areas such as Execution grounds, ridiculous amount of botting everywhere in general. people Ebaying currency is pretty much the norm and people openly talk about it without consequence etc and NCsoft do nothing about it.

The classic servers have just started their castle sieges, and Baium/Zaken will open up in a month. the core of the game is great but the way NCSoft handles botters etc. just means its a mess unfortunately.

Be amazing to play something with you all again, I know a lot have moved onto console games, as I’ve never really done console it would have to be something pretty amazing to get me to bother...

But then who knows, maybe in a couple years time we will all meet each other in VR, that would be fun!

Well I will keep my eye on the forum for any announcement that the gang is getting back together on some amazing game that fills that gap Lineage left

Its a sandbox action MMO, and after a lot of attempts in other games i can finally say that bdo was able to totally replace my l2 addiction
